| Nemaha County Co-op This locally producer owned Full Service Co-op was established in March of 1936. The main office is located on the east side of town in Seneca, KS. After 76 years of service we are proud to have facilities serving locations in Baileyville, Corning, Centralia, Vliets, Lillis, St. Marys, Belvue and Wamego. The 3 southern locations of St. Marys Belvue and Wamego were added in July 2012. In Dec 2011. Our Mr. Tire Service Center located on east Baltimore street in Seneca provides tires, oil changes and minor car repairs. Products and services we offer include ag chemicals, petroleum products, propane, fertilizer, seed, feed, and grain storage. Our mission is to be a leader in providing superior products and customer service to our customers which in turn enhances their farming operations and profitability. We continue to update equipment and facilities to serve our customer. In August 2012 we added another 250,000 bushel grain at our Vliets grain complex. New bulk seed facilities were added at Corning and Centralia in 2010. Key management office personnel are very important to our co-op business, each having served over 30 plus years in the cooperative system, Charles-Manager, Mark-Assistant Manager, Sharon-Office Manager, Brian-Operations, Annette Wilson-Controller and several key staff and location managers. We currently have over 75 dedicated full time employees plus several part time employees some of which are retired coop employees. We appreciate their willingness to work and expertise when the need arrises. The goal of our structure is to have management and employees working together as a team to serve our members to the best of our ability. As a cooperative, the profits of the company are utilized in purchasing equipment or to provide services for our customers. In many cases profits are returned as equity payment in cash or placed in the member allocated equity position for distribution to the member at a later date. The financial position of this cooperative is very good which is reflective of our business model of helping our farmers succeed. We thank our members and the communities we serve for supporting the local business they already own. Charles Gabehart – General Manager
